WHAT DO I DO WITH THAT???

Let’s face it.  Not many of us were fortunate enough to have been guided through the “ins and outs” of cooking.  Many things have changed over the years and most people are familiar with just the “regular” veggies: carrots, broccoli, celery, Iceburg lettuce, green beans…..  Both of us have been in the same boat.  There’s a WORLD of wonderful vegetables, grains and meats that are out there waiting to be savored.  Unfamiliar veggies and various cooking techniques do not have to be that difficult.  We all have an inner chef, whether we want to believe it or not.  We are dedicating this portion of our blog to help you find your inner chef and help guide you through the world of food.  It’s not a scary place.  It can be much simpler than you think.
